OUR MISSION
Pathways to Success mission is to prepare youth, adults, and their families for successful lives. We utilize innovative and creative approaches in mentoring and education to help individuals develop to be healthy, productive, contributing and responsible citizens. Working in service to the at-risk communities in a spirit of offering hope through education and information, creating positive systemic change through empowerment.
School Programs
Pathways to Success In-School and After-School Programs support underserved students by focusing on student stability, academic achievement, and behavior modification through our CARE model (Consistent, Authentic, Respectful, Empowement.)
Powering the Workforce
Our partnership with Delmarva Power gives students an opportunity to gain knowledge and skills for a career in the construction industry, utility industry, or related skilled trades. We provide a training course which culminates in the CAST (Construction and Skilled Trades) test and qualifies them for a career path with Delmarva Power.
Work Experience (WEX)
Our WEX Program, through the Department of Labor, offers our students work-based learning opportunities which include paid employment, career exploration, skill development, and continued support during employment.
Fair Housing
Fair Housing training and education is essential to Pathways to Success as we believe knowledge is the first step to empowerment and positive change.
Grow Your Own Teacher
Pathway to Success has partnered with the Rodel Foundation to facilitate a Grow Your Own Teacher Program to attract high school students to the teaching profession and develop their skills through educator preparation programs.
Microsoft Office Training
Pathways to Success has partnered with Microsoft and Certiport to deliver Microsoft Office Training Courses and Certification for our Students with a chance to compete on a national level.

Cord Ceremony 2024
Crossroad Community Church 20684 State Forest Rd, Georgetown, DE, United StatesCelebrate our 2024 graduating seniors from the Pathways to Success program at all 5 of our schools: Cape Henlopen, Polytech, Seaford, Milford, and Sussex Tech. Students will walk across the stage, receive their Pathways cord and certificate of completion, and have their photo taken. Following the ceremony, a dinner will be held for the students and their guests. Each graduate may register to bring up to 2 guests.
